Since our firm is small, building only ten to twelve homes per year, we can offer personal attention to each customer and to each project. We are sincerely dedicated to providing excellent service and craftsmanship in the style of housewrights of a century ago. Spain & Cooper Construction is a full-service operation, offering everything from design assistance to decorating and other final touches.
Our services include:
- In-house drafting and architectural design with a quick turn-around
- Assistance with site selection

There is no charge for these services as we feel they are all an important part of the process of building a home or completing an addition or remodel. We have prepared a booklet that provides a step-by-step outline of the building process, which most of our customers find very helpful.
Each new homeowner gets a two- to three-hour orientation on the operations of the home and its systems.
We automatically contact our clients one month after closing and again at eleven months after closing to see if any problems have developed, and we make any needed corrections immediately — usually within 72 hours. Taking good care of the customer after the sale is as important, if not more important, than the construction process — and our service in this area is unsurpassed.
