Our Communities: Strapture Creek
Nestled away in the heart of west Gainesville are two lots from the hillside site of a former nursery. Beautiful shrubs are everywhere, and in the spring when the azaleas are blooming, the color is outstanding.
Beautiful Strapture Creek runs along the northern and eastern boundaries of the property, meandering through a hardwood forest that provides a kind of privacy that’s unexpected in such an urban area.
To access the site, turn into the entrance of the Alachua County Public Library on NW 43 Street and immediately bear right down a paved lane. At the end of the lane, the property opens up with spectacular woods on three sides. Both lots are positioned to enjoy the length of the creek.
We expect homes of at least 3,000 square feet to be built on the two sites, which will be served by GRU with underground electric, water and sewer services.
